You can allow your customers to select a quantity of a specific product during checkout. (Only supported with Stripe checkout for now).
On the checkout page, a customer will see the option to adjust the quantity, as shown here.
Once the customer clicks there, it will show a modal to adjust the quantity, as can be seen here:
