It's always a good idea to step through your sales funnel in 'test' mode before going 'live'.

To do so, you can use the following credit card information to process sample payments:

No, Mango deliberately does not provide page templates. This is done so that it is compatible with any WordPress theme or WP editor. This affords you the flexibility to use whatever you want.
